Situation

Tartegnin is located in the Côte vineyard, a few hundred meters from the town of Rolle. Ideally located halfway between Geneva and Lausanne, the village of Tartegnin is accessible in less than 5 minutes from the Rolle motorway exit. It is also connected to the bus networks that take you to Rolle station or Gland station.

Municipality

Located at an altitude of 498 m, Tartegnin is magnificently exposed facing Lake Geneva and thus benefits from an incomparable view of the Lake Geneva basin and the Alps, which, sometimes, are close to being able to touch them. When you arrive at Tartegnin, you are surprised at first by the calm that reigns there. Apart from five fairground houses, the village is made up of a block with its main street and its few alleys which separate the winegrowers' dwellings. If France is a hexagon, the territory of the commune of Tartegnin is in the shape of a rectangle, adjoining the communes of Gilly to the west, Essertines to the north and east and Rolle to the south. A rectangle 2.5 km long and barely 700 m wide at the height of the village. As you walk through the village, you will have no trouble finding a winegrower who opens his cellar to you, because if Tartegnin is the land of good wine, it is also that of conviviality and hospitality. Among themselves, the winegrowers are colleagues and not competitors.

Traditional new construction in reinforced concrete.
La Maison du Serpolet was developed with respect for village architecture. The apartments have been designed to offer generous spaces to their future inhabitants and top quality finishes.
The house will be built according to the latest energy performance standards and respect for the environment. The heating will be prodcued by a heat pump in order to minimize CO2 emissions and the building will be equipped with photovoltaic panels in order to produce its own electricity.
Outdoor parking spaces will be available for each apartment. Some can be equipped with a charging station for electric cars.
